Hourly Billing
For contracts, defense of litigation, and short-term legal matters, hourly billing is often the least expensive option for our clients. We will be happy to discuss our rates and find a way to work within your budget.
Contingency
Individuals who are forced to go to court are often left with few options about how to pay for it. For plaintiffs, whether they are small business trying to collect on accounts, or employees who were wrongfully treated by an employer, we will work with you to find a solution where we are paid only if we are successful on your case. This may involve the client taking care of the litigation expenses, but not legal fees until they see a settlement or verdict.
